Server Logfiles

This data is stored in log files to ensure the proper functioning of the website and to implement security measures. The processing is based on our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and the data is automatically deleted within seven days.

Registration
When you register on our website, we collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, and date of birth. This data is required to fulfill contractual obligations and provide customer support. The processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. We store this data only as long as it is necessary for the intended purpose, unless legal obligations require longer retention.


Webshop
When you place an order in our webshop, we collect personal data including your name, delivery and billing address, email address, payment information, IP address, and optionally your phone number. These details are needed to process your order, complete the payment, and arrange for shipping. The processing is carried out according to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Your data will be stored for as long as required by statutory retention periods, especially under tax and commercial law.


Cookies & Google Analytics
We only use cookies and tracking technologies with your explicit consent. When you accept, we activate Google Analytics in consent mode, which means that IP addresses are anonymized to protect your privacy, personalized advertising features are disabled, and only minimal and necessary data for website analytics is collected. If you decline, no tracking cookies will be set, and any existing Google Analytics cookies will be deleted. This approach ensures your privacy is respected while allowing us to maintain and improve our website’s performance and user experience.


Payment
For processing payments, we work with external payment providers such as credit card companies, PayPal, and Klarna. In this context, we transmit data like your name, address, email address, and payment details to the respective provider. The legal basis for this transfer is the performance of the purchase contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Data is stored in accordance with the provider’s retention policies and applicable laws.


Delivery
To deliver your order, we share your name, delivery address, and email address with our logistics partner DHL. This is necessary to fulfill our contract with you, in line with Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Data is only retained for as long as needed to complete the delivery and fulfill legal obligations.


Email contact
If you contact us by email, we will use the information you provide solely to process your request. This may be necessary for pre-contractual communication or customer support under Article. 6(1)(b) GDPR, or based on your consent in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Your data will be deleted as soon as your inquiry has been dealt with, unless further processing is legally required.


Contact form
When you use our contact form, the entered data is used exclusively to respond to your inquiry. The processing is based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and will not involve any third parties. Your information is deleted once the communication is complete.


Imprint Privacy Protection
We use the services of IMPRESSUMPRIVATSCHUTZ GmbH, Ludwig-Erhard-Str. 18, 20459 Hamburg, for managing the mail sent to us. This service provider offers a secure and reliable postal address for our project (e.g., imprint, privacy policy, cancellation policy, and potentially other areas). This also constitutes our legitimate interest within the meaning of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We have entered into a data processing agreement with Impressum-Privatschutz and fully comply with the strict requirements of the German data protection authorities when using this service.
