We offer a 14-day return policy – you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and instructions.
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Wrong Item?
Please check your order upon delivery. If anything is damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately – we’ll fix it.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
– Sale items
– Gift cards

Exchanges
Need a different item? Return your original order first – once it's accepted, place a new order.

EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Orders shipped within the EU can be returned within 14 days without giving a reason.
Items must be unworn, with tags, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
